UPMRC Recruitment 2023: Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (UPMRC) is inviting applications from Officers/Executives of the Electrical Engineering Department working in various Government organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, Metro Companies, etc. for the post of Chief Engineer (Electrical) on deputation basis for Agra & Kanpur Metro Projects. For the available position, there are two openings in the corporation.

Due to administrative issues, the deadline for applications to be submitted for two (2) Chief Engineer (Electrical) positions with the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation, which were advertised on February 14, 2023, has been extended to March 28, 2023. Other clauses in the advertisement’s terms and conditions won’t alter.

Applications are being accepted for the position of Chief Engineer, according to the UPMRC Recruitment 2023 official announcement (Electrical). For the available position, there are two openings.

Age-Limit for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

The candidates should be above the age of 55 years as of the closing date of the vacancy notice.

Qualifications for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

The eligible candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Rolling Stock and/or Traction background, from Government, a recognized university /institute.

Pay Scale for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

The candidate selected shall be placed at parent pay plus deputation allowance on a Deputation basis.

Tenure for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

The candidate shall be appointed on a Deputation/ Normal Tenure of deputation for a period of 3 years, which may be extendable

Selection Process for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidates will be contacted for an interview and selected based on their performance in the interview. Only those applicants who have been shortlisted will be interviewed by the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Company Ltd.

There will be no correspondence taken into account in this regard. The applicant must not have participated in DAR or Vigilance.

Experience for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates should have prior experience working in electrical and mechanical services, as well as knowledge of electricity laws and renewable energy sources. It would be advantageous to have firsthand experience with relevant computer applications.
