IOCL Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is seeking applications from energetic, motivated, and experienced people for positions as Executive Level L1 and Executive Level L2 in various Refinery Units. The candidates will be chosen only on the basis of a Fixed Term Contract. There are a total of 106 vacancies for the roles listed, with 96 for the Executive Level L1 role and 10 for the Executive Level L2 role.

Based on the IOCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, it is notified that applications are being invited for the below-mentioned positions:
- Executive Level L1- 96
- Executive Level L2- 10
Age-Limit for IOCL Recruitment:
For General and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category candidates the age limit shall be as given below:
For Executive Level L1 Position:
The upper age limit of eligible candidates shall be 35 years, and
For Executive Level L2 Role:
The age of the candidate should be below 45 years, as on 28th February 2023
Qualifications for IOCL Recruitment:
For the Executive Level L1 FTE position, as of 28.02.2023,
Candidates possessing a Graduation B. Tech in a relevant discipline are required to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (post-qualification).
For candidates possessing a Diploma in Engineering in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience (post-qualification) is required.
For the Executive Level L2 FTE position:
Candidates possessing a Graduation B.Tech in a relevant discipline are required to have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience (post-qualification).
For candidates possessing a Diploma in Engg in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience (post-qualification) is required.
Salary for IOCL Recruitment:
According to the notification in the link below, the successful candidate will be paid an annual consolidated amount of INR 12 lacs per annum for the Executive Level L1 posts and INR 16 lacs per annum for the Executive Level L2 positions.
Selection Method for IOCL Recruitment:
On the basis of IOCL Recruitment 2023 official notification 2023, the selection method for the notified positions will consist of a Personal Interview only.
