HLL Recruitment 2023: HLL Lifecare Limited, Healthcare Services Division, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai has setup HINDLABS in Maharashtra State is inviting applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the post of Project Manager, Divisonal Manager, Marketing Manager, OQ Manager, Medical Officer, Medical Writer and Pulmonogist. In accordance with the official notification of HLL Recruitment 2023, to apply for the positions listed above, applicants are required to be at least 37 years old.
Candidates should have a degree of MBA, MBBS/DNB, M.Sc and B.Sc in relevant fields. The applicant’s performance in the walk-in interview will be evaluated to reach the final judgement. The selection procedure will primarily involve personal interviews. As stated in the official notification of HLL Recruitment 2023, candidates should arrive at the venue if they have the required qualifications and are eager to participate in the interview. Required Qualification and Experience for HLL Recruitment 2023:
As given in the official notification of HLL Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications and experience are as follows-
For Project Manager-
MBA in Health Care Management/MSc in Medical Microbiology/Medical Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/MLT/Biochemistry/Health Sciences with 5 to 8 years of post-graduate experience
Experience in healthcare project operations and management, medical diagnostic lab management, and arranging various health check-up camps and preventive healthcare programmes.
For Divisional Manager-
MBA in Health Care Management/ Masters in Public Health/ MSc in Medical Microbiology/ Medical Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ MLT/ Biochemistry/ Health Sciences/ Zoology with a focus on 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in government sector healthcare project management, medical diagnostic lab management, and healthcare camp implementation.
OR
BSc with PGDMLT and 5–7 years of experience in healthcare project management, medical diagnostic lab management, and running healthcare camps in the public sector.
For Marketing Manager-
MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management/Hospital Administration.
OR
MSc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry with 3–5 years of experience post-qualification experience in medical diagnostic laboratory sales, marketing, and business development.
For QA Manager-
MSc in Microbiology/Health Science/Biochemistry with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in QC/QA of diagnostic laboratories, including biochemistry, haematology, and pathology.
Histopathology, microbiology, hormone testing, and so forth. Experience with NABL paperwork is required.
For Medical Officer (Post Camp)-
MBBS with 01 year of postgraduate experience.
For Medical Officer-
1 year post-qualification experience in MBBS is preferred.
For Medical Writer-
MD Pathology/Biochemistry/Microbiology with at least 2 years of experience in medical writing, article publishing, business development, and brand management.
OR
MBBS/BDS with at least 4 years of experience in medical writing, publishing articles, business development, and brand promotion activities.
For Pulmonologist-
MD in Pulmonary Disease with at least one year of relevant experience.
Selection Method for HLL Recruitment 2023:
In accordance with the official notification of HLL Recruitment 2023, the performance of the applicant in the walk-in interview will be assessed to make the final decision. In the selection process, only personal interviews will be applied.
