Age-Limit for GAIL Recruitment 2023:
For UR category vacancies, qualified candidates must be under the age of 32. Candidates must be under the age of 50, with all possible age relaxations applied.
Essential Qualifications for GAIL Recruitment 2023:
For Sr. Associate (Technical):
The candidates should possess a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Electrical /Electrical & Electronics /Mechanical /Production /Production & Industrial Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile / Instrumentation /Instrumentation & Control /Electronics & Instrumentation /Electrical &
Instrumentation /Electronics /Electrical & Electronics /Civil with a minimum of 50% marks.
For Sr. Associate (Fire & Safety):
The candidate must have a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Fire/Fire & Safety with a minimum of 50 % marks.
For Sr. Associate (Marketing):
The candidates should have obtained a full-time two years MBA with specialization in Marketing / Oil & Gas /Petroleum and Energy /Energy and Infrastructure /International Business with a minimum of 50% marks.

Minimum Essential Experience for GAIL Recruitment 2023:
The candidate should have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education and experience in the relevant discipline. Summer and vocational training will not be included in the experience.
Emoluments for GAIL Recruitment 2023:
The individual chosen for the position of Senior Associate will be paid Rs. 60,000 per month in aggregated emoluments, while Junior Associates will be paid Rs. 40,000 per month.
Selection Procedure for GAIL Recruitment 2023:
Candidates who are shortlisted based on their applications will be subjected to selection for the following positions:
The candidate for the position of Senior Associate will be chosen based on a written test and a personal interview.
The candidate for the role of Junior Associate will be chosen based on a written test and/or a skill test.
Tenure for GAIL Recruitment 2023:
The selected candidate will be hired on a Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis for three years, with the possibility of being extended for another two years on a yearly basis based on the individual's performance and the Company's needs.

Candidates from the General, EWS, and OBC (NCL) categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 100 when submitting their online application.
