- An athlete selected on merit who has represented their university in the last three years in the A11 India Inter-University Tournaments, which are run by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), from OI/Ol 2021 to 3r/t2/2023.
- Honourable athletes who participated in the National School Games, which were hosted by the School Games Federation of India (SGFD), for the State School Team during the previous three years, from January 1, 12021, to December 31, 2023.
