Essential Experience for BMRCL Recruitment 2023

Chief Engineer (Quality): Candidates should possess at least 20 years of post-qualification experience in Quality Management in large corporations/public sector organizations handling quality control operations. Candidates must be qualified, trained, or certified lead auditors with an understanding of ISO, 6-Sigma, Lean Kaizen, 7QC, and relevant tools. For successful quality control and management, he/she should have been the head of quality for at least 5 years, performing frequent quality reviews and supervising quality audits.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Quality): Applicants must have obtained post-qualification experience in quality control/quality management of at least 5 years for degree holders and 10 years for diploma holders, as well as knowledge of Indian and International Standards and management of quality control and inspection activities for various components/equipment. Hands-on experience conducting frequent quality reviews/audits for efficient quality control and management is required.
Assistant Engineer (Quality): Candidates should have obtained a post-qualification experience in quality control/quality management of at least four years for degree holders and eight years for diploma holders, as well as knowledge of Indian and international standards and management of quality control and inspection activities for various components or equipment. Hands-on experience conducting frequent quality reviews/audits for efficient quality control and management is required.
NOTE: For all three posts, knowledge of the Kannada language is desirable
