Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Mega Vacancies: Notification Out for 500 Vacancies for Acquisition Officer, Know How to Apply
Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda is looking for qualified and experienced Wealth Management Professionals to be appointed to the Post of Acquisition Officer. There are a total of 500 vacancies currently available for the Role. The age of candidates shall be between 21 to 28 years to be eligible to apply for the given posts.

As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, applications are invited for the Role of Acquisition Officer. There are 500 vacancies for the given post in total available at the Bank of Baroda.
The age of the candidates to be eligible shall be above 21 years and below 28 years, i.e., the Minimum age shall be 21 Years & Maximum age shall be 28 Years.

The candidate should hold a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE
Candidates with at least one year of experience with public banks, private banks, foreign banks, brokerage firms, security firms, or asset management firms are preferred. The candidate should have proficiency/knowledge of the local language/area/market/clients.
The selection procedure may include an online test, a psychometric test, or any other test judged appropriate for further selection, followed by a group discussion and/or an interview of individuals who passed the online test.
However, if the number of qualified applications submitted is unusually high or low, the bank has the right to modify the shortlisting criteria/interview process.
For various positions/scales, the bank may conduct Multiple Choice/Descriptive/Psychometric Tests/Group Discussions/Interviews or any other selection/shortlisting techniques at its discretion.
The selected candidate will be paid the following remuneration:
The candidate appointed at Metro Cities will be paid Rs. 5 Lakhs p.a.
The selected candidate for the Non-Metro cities will be paid Rs. 4 lakhs p.a.
Aside from the Fixed Salary, the chosen candidate will be eligible for Performance connected Variable Pay, which will be in addition to the Fixed Salary but will be connected to the attainment of certain criteria.
The candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories / Persons with Disability (PWD)/Women are required to pay Rs.100 plus applicable taxes & payment gateway charges as application fees.
Candidates from the GEN/OBC/EWS categories must pay an application cost of Rs. 600, plus any relevant taxes and payment gateway fees.
