The initial 36-month contract for candidates applying for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024 will be subject to review every 06 months.
A committee led by the regional head will conduct interviews to choose the candidates as part of the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024. The committee shall be composed of the concerned Regional Head and the Chief Manager/Officer in responsibility of Financial Inclusion in the Region. The Regional Head would authorise the appointment and/or extend the contract of each BC Supervisor based on the committee's recommendations.
